Academic research shows that the success of Activity Based Working mainly depends on the human awareness, involvement and social interaction in the relation between the activity and the chosen workplace types.

 

Connecting the actual usage of the workplace with human behavior and satisfaction, creates the necessary insights to increase perceived employee productivity and well-being.

 

Our solution MyPlace2Work is a smartphone app that captures data about personality, job characteristics and expected workplace preferences of each participant. This is done by combining output from an initial online survey and a 2-week study of self-reporting by the participant, so-called method of ‘experience sampling’.

The combined power of a subjective and qualitative survey and self-reported statistics creates the unique opportunity to compare personal workplace preferences with real experience and behavior of choice.

 

Each participant will receive a report on individual level – that provides feedback and creates awareness which is necessary to change behavior if needed. You will receive a strategic report provides you with deep insights about the expected workplace preferences, actual workplace satisfaction, per personality profile per activity and per workplace and space type in your organisation.

MyPlace2Work is offered in two versions. First, there is the anonymous version to avoid any link possible with personal data. There isn’t even a connection to department or team names. The more personalised version still doesn’t capture any personal data, however email addresses are used, even though these can be fake.
